2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a per-seat, recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
5. Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in the platform remain with Rev Platform. You retain ownership of the data you provide.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
