Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) forms part of the agreement between you (the data controller) and RevProjects (the data processor) and governs the processing of personal data on your behalf.
1. Roles of the parties
You act as the data controller and determine the purposes and means of processing. We act as the data processor and process personal data only on your documented instructions.
2. Scope of processing
We process personal data solely to provide the RevProjects platform, including synchronizing HubSpot CRM records, managing projects, and generating delivery reports.
3. Subprocessors
We may engage subprocessors to help deliver the service. We maintain a current list of subprocessors and will notify you of any intended changes, giving you the opportunity to object.
4. Security measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption, access controls, and monitoring, consistent with applicable data protection laws.
5. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on approved transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an adequate level of protection.
6. Data subject requests
We will assist you in responding to requests from data subjects to exercise their rights under applicable data protection law.
7. Return and deletion
Upon termination of the service, we will delete or return all personal data in accordance with your instructions, unless retention is required by law.
